Custom reproduction of damaged parts for an Audi S3.

A customer came to us so that we could reproduce a broken part from his Audi S3. The part was designed and then produced with our PAHT-CF filament, a carbon nylon reinforced material offering maximum resistance.

This part fits into the bumper grille and has been reinforced, as it is essential that it does not break because the presence of debris in the air intake could be dangerous for the engine.

Its dimensions are 10 cm in length, 8.5 cm in width and 5 cm in height.

Satisfied with the result, the client also asked us to reproduce two additional covers, also broken, with their "S3" logo printed on them, as well as small covers for screw heads. These parts were made using our PLA filament, our standard material.
