200 miniature 3D-printed wagons for the Werewolf attraction at Walibi

Some projects allow us to move beyond purely industrial work and explore something more playful, while maintaining the same high standards of precision and reliability. This is the case with our collaboration with Walibi , who contacted us to design a souvenir item based on one of their iconic attractions: the Werewolf .
A spin-off product designed for visitors
The project's objective was clear: to produce miniature wagons faithfully reproducing the design of the attraction's vehicles, intended to be offered to park visitors as souvenirs or merchandise. Walibi entrusted us with the entire development process, with an order for 200 pieces , divided into two colors faithful to the attraction's visual identity: 100 blue wagons and 100 red wagons .
A multi-color printing process designed for efficiency
For manufacturing, we opted for PLA ECO , a material that perfectly aligned with a responsible production approach for this type of small series. The parts were printed on our H2C printers , equipped with multi-nozzle technology .
This multi-nozzle technology allowed us to print multiple colors on the same part without having to change filaments frequently or discard material during color purging. This is a real advantage both for the quality of the final print of the train cars and for minimizing material waste in a series of 200 parts.

Numbering, finishing and packaging
Each wagon was then numbered , an attention to detail that enhances the collector's appeal, and then affixed to a plexiglass plaque serving as a display base. Finally, the pieces were packaged in the boxes provided by Walibi's supplier to ensure perfect consistency with the park's packaging standards.

Complete project management, from start to finish
On this project, our team managed the project and the product from start to finish : from the design and development of the multi-color printing, to numbering, assembly on plates, and final packaging. Walibi was thus able to entrust us with a complete production chain, without having to involve multiple stakeholders, for a finished product ready to be offered directly in stores.
A big thank you to Walibi for their trust in this project, which perfectly illustrates our ability to manage complete production series, from additive manufacturing to the finished product ready for sale.
