Rilsan PA11 is a flexible, strong and durable technical polyamide for SLS functional parts.

 

Rilsan PA11 is a thermoplastic material from the polyamide family, used in additive manufacturing via the SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) process. It is particularly suitable for functional parts requiring excellent impact resistance, good flexibility, and high fatigue resistance.

This material offers an excellent balance of mechanical strength, flexibility, and durability. It is highly resistant to impact, wear, and many chemicals, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. PA11 is also ideal for parts subjected to repeated deformation or requiring a degree of flexibility. Its matte, slightly granular surface remains consistent, providing a ready-to-use technical finish.
